This morning I turned on the news to discover that, once again, practices which support diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) are under attack.
You've heard the stories. Ohio's universities are pausing race-based scholarships following the U.S. Supreme Court's decision striking down race-based affirmative action. Alabama's governor just signed a bill prohibiting DEI programs at schools and state agencies. Diversity officers are wondering how they'll survive increasingly vicious political campaign to eliminate their jobs.
